   At Globe Furniture, customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  We offer a 30 day return policy on all Capel area rugs we sell from receipt of your order.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will refund the full purchase price.

   Shipping costs on all returns going back to Globe Furniture are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please Note Return Policy:

   To return ordered merchandise you must receive a Return Authorization Number(RA#) from Globe Furniture.  To make your return as easy as possible, Globe offers Return Authorizations by e-mail or by calling.

   Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#), you must attach it to the item wrapped in its original packaging (or equivalent) and then use a traceable courier of your choice (Ups, FedEx, etc).

Imporant:

   We highly recommend insuring your return shipment for its full purchase price in case of loss or damage in transit.  We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.  You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier you choose for shipping your returned merchandise. 

  • Please completely wrap the rug you are returning in its original packaging or equivalent.
  • Do not fold or apply tape to any surface of the item or rug.
  • The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged it may be refused or incur a 20% service fee and the shipping cost.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • Custom and clearance items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect.  For damaged items we will gladly provide a replacement.  Rug pads that have been opened may not be returned.

Shipping

   We process orders as quickly as possible.  Globe offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 to the contiguous 48 states for all rugs.  Items are shipped direct from the manufacture.  Oversized items may be shipped through a trucking company.

Delivery Time

   Most items take between 3-5 business days to ship based upon the items availability.  Delivery of braided and custom items may take up to 21 days.  Orders with multiple items may not ship together or in the same package.

Oversized Rugs

   Oversized rugs that are too large or heavy to ship via Ups or FedEx will be shipped common carrier.  This service differs from small-package delivery in that they will call you to schedule a delivery appointment and only deliver curbside.  Most common carriers schedule appointments for a 2-4 hour window between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
